Interactive e-bike frame geometry configurator by ELEEK

We are excited to announce that from now on, choosing, designing, and customizing your future e-bike has reached a whole new level! We have developed and integrated a unique technical tool into our website - Frame Geometry Configurator.

As you can see, the new interactive engineering module features a dark, intuitive design and allows you to simulate the bike's behavior under various loads in real time. You no longer need to calculate millimeters and angles manually — the system automatically changes the position of the frame elements on the screen as any parameters are adjusted.

⚙️ What you can configure and test:

  • Wheel type and size: Instantly switch between bicycle and motorcycle wheels. You can set the outer diameter for the front and rear wheels separately to evaluate the angles.

  • Suspension configuration: Adjust the shock absorber and fork length. Change the shock mounting points on the swingarm (positions A or B) and on the frame (positions 1, 2, 3) to find the perfect balance.

  • Suspension travel (Stroke & Travel): Set precise stroke and travel parameters for the shock absorber and fork, observing how it affects the overall riding position.

  • Realistic simulation: This is our main pride! You can enter the total weight (bike + rider) and specify the percentage of road roughness. After that, press the «Simulation» button — and the suspension on the screen will start moving, demonstrating the bike's operation in real conditions!

The configurator calculates and displays the most important geometric indicators on the fly: fork and seat tube angles, bottom bracket height (ground clearance), wheelbase, and seat height. Currently, you can already test the geometry for our proprietary frames: Atom, Lite, Positive.
